THE CACTUS TWINS
They played for us a short while back and were absolutely fabulous. Simon and Doc also played last Sunday at our Jam Session to give you a little taster of what they can do, and the response was fantastic.. So try to pop along to hear them play on Sunday Afternoon.
As always, we shall be rattling those pots and pans, and by popular demand we are going to SLAM IN THE LAMB!!!
Slow Roasted Half Leg of Lamb
This week it is being served with a Moroccan Tagine Style Sauce, Couscous, and Orange Salad....Hmmmm!!!
Slow Roasted Chicken with the same trimmings as above.
Slow Roasted Shank of Pork
Not sure of what the trimmings will be yet...still thinking about that one!!! But something yummy!!!

If you fancy an afternoon of Entertainment along with some great food, in a fantastic location, then Bar la Montana is the place to be.
As usual it is best to book.
If you would like either the Pork or Lamb it is best to let me know in advance for ordering purposes.
These Slow Roasted Meats are so popular as they go in the oven at 8.00pm the night before and don't see daylight until I open the oven door at 9.00am the next morning.
Don't forget to be careful when you are parking. You can park very easily in the little lane just before us and take a short walk (about three or four minutes) to the Bar. I will put a board up to show you directions.
